Job description: Northwest Partners is seeking a software engineer to contribute to a large-scale digital initiative for a top fintech organization. This role is hands-on, focused on building secure, high-performance applications in a fast-paced environment using C#, Blazor, VUE.js, PHP, AWS, and database technologies. You will help shape architecture, drive engineering best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable systems.What YOU will do
design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications using C#/.NET, Blazor, VUE.js, PHP, and related technologies
collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, test, and deploy cloud-native solutions
conduct code reviews and advocate for software engineering best practices
manage and optimize databases including MySQL and MSSQL
integrate third-party APIs and services into existing systems
contribute to architectural planning for core applications
troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software and system issuesWhat YOU will bring us
bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field
8+ years of software development experience, with deep expertise in C#/.NET, VUE.js and Blazor
background in fintech or financial services, with knowledge of compliance and secure systems
experience with AWS, Docker, MySQL, and MSSQL
solid understanding of software architecture and API design
familiarity with Python, Symfony, or ORM frameworks is a plus
experience with enterprise or business decision management systems is a plus
strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
