What You Will DoAs a Frontend Software Engineer, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of projects that power workflows for AI companies and global hiring. You will:Design, build, and scale production-grade frontend systems and applications.Partner with Product and Design to create intuitive, seamless user experiences.Own architectural and design decisions impacting core platform workflows.Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ship features quickly and reliably.Anticipate technical bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive reliability improvements.Help mentor teammates and contribute to shaping engineering culture.Depending on team alignment, you may focus on:Talent Platform – building tools that automate recruiting end-to-end, matching candidates to roles, and enabling global hiring with seamless contracts and payments.Applied AI / Human Data – partnering with top AI labs to create post-training datasets and improve foundational model capabilities. Ideal BackgroundStrong coding fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React or other modern frameworks.Experience shipping frontend systems at scale in high-growth or high-stakes environments.Understanding of frontend performance, optimization, and scalability.Ability to reason about trade-offs between speed, quality, and reliability.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and product.Bias toward ownership, curiosity, and pragmatic solutions.
